These statistics are mind-staggering! How can a country that devotes the most money to healthcare, with the best doctors running the show, go on to have the least healthy citizens of the industrialized world?

Despite what the Big Pharma ads tell you, their drugs can’t fix the problem. And though over 75% of adults exercise each year, the truth is you can’t outrun a bad diet nor a mind littered with fear and anxiety.

  • Information includes topics on nutrition, mindset & emotional wellbeing, supplementation, exercise, breastfeeding, and non-toxic shopping (formula, cleaning supplies, furniture, etc.).

The Dr. Sears Wellness Institute is an Accredited and Approved Health Coach Certification Program by leading organizations in the health and wellness industry.   • It may mean unplugging and setting boundaries with technology to be more present in the moment. 

  • It may lead to an increased awareness of and engagement with God. 

Whichever the imagery that comes to you, ultimately holistic living is a mindset that focuses us back to nature and towards a lifestyle rooted in God’s design for our life. It is a drive to take notice of our surroundings and to problem solve amidst a world that is complicated. Holistic living is not a race. It is not something that happens overnight. But rather it is a way— a way to live. And when you tune into the way God intends for you, then your work is simply to follow.
