Despite what the Big Pharma ads tell you, their drugs can’t fix the problem. And though over 75% of adults exercise each year, the truth is you can’t outrun a bad diet nor a mind littered with fear and anxiety.

It is a drive to take notice of our surroundings and to problem solve amidst a world that is complicated. Holistic living is not a race. It is not something that happens overnight. But rather it is a way— a way to live. And when you tune into the way God intends for you, then your work is simply to follow.
